Power Core Yoga
Power Core yoga is designed to strengthen and empower your body, mind, and soul in a short, high energy class. This 30 minute fast paced class combines traditional yoga postures with a more vigorous flow using optional light weights, resistance bands, weighted pilates ball that will elevate the experience. This class is a full body workout that incorporates strength postures that will challenge your body and mind with optional burst of cardio. You will leave this class feeling energized, confident, strong, and sweaty!
Yin Yoga is a complimentary practice to other yoga styles. Yin Yoga focuses on lengthening and stretching the connective tissues including your fascia and ligaments. This is a more passive practice holding postures from 1-3 minutes and focuses on releasing blockages within the body and mind allowing you to flow more freely. You will leave this class feeling more open, flexible, peaceful and calm within your body and mind.
Power Holds Flow
Power Holds Flow is a slow and mindful flow sequence, with emphasis on alignment and core activation. Cultivating grounding breath for mental focus, clarity, and resilience.
Buti Yoga is a fusion of power yoga, cardio-bursts, dance, conditioning, and deep abdominal toning. The beat of the music guides the class and Marjorie provides Spotify play list each class. You will leave class feeling strong and with elevated energy.
Foundational Yoga Flow
Foundational Yoga Flow is a class designed for every level of yogi. This class will focus on building a strong foundation in each posture. We will explore principals of yoga, proper alignment and modifications, breathing techniques, and you will enjoy the benefits of stretching and strengthening the body and mind. You will leave this class feeling aligned, balanced, and with a strong yoga foundation and more confidence in your practice.
Deep Rest Yoga Experience
In our Deep Rest class, together we create a peaceful space for our minds and bodies to find deep relaxation. Yin and restorative postures are offered to promote stillness and rejuvenation. Throughout the class, there will be infusions of sound healing and deep practices like yoga Nidra, breath work or self-energy healing. The focus of deep rest yoga is on the breath and allowing the body to fully relax into each pose. It is often practiced with the support of props, such as bolsters, blankets, and blocks, to help the body release tension and find comfort in each posture. Deep Rest styles of yoga have been shown to have numerous benefits, including reducing stress and anxiety, improving sleep quality, increasing flexibility and range of motion, and enhancing overall well-being.”

Barre is a great addition to any workout routine because it helps target muscles in a very low impact, high cardio way. It will help you tone and strengthen muscles in your whole body, and help with posture and flexibility! Also, it will bring out that inner dancer and push you out of your comfort zone to movements that will make you feel amazing! I hope to help you have an amazing Barre experience from home!
Core Strength Flow
The connection of core strength transitions provides several benefits to your yoga practice, helping you bring awareness to your movements. You’ll develop strength and control while you carefully move between postures, using your breath to increase mindfulness while you move and play. Taking your time to transition appropriately while you practice, making the most of your yoga class.
Hiit Fit Yoga
HIIT fit yoga is a total body, heart pumping, aerobic and strength conditioning workout. This interval based class combines full-body strength training with high intensity cardio bursts, yoga postures and flow designed to tone your body, improve your endurance and clear your mind leaving clients feeling strong and empowered.
Pilates Yoga Fusion Flow
Using a yoga mat this class focuses on basic Pilate & Yoga principles: core strength, increased flexibility, breath control and correct alignment to improve posture. This class helps the body develop muscle memory, coordination, balance and endurance. You will leave this class feeling strong and balanced.
Vinyasa Flow Fusion
Vinyasa Flow Fusion, this style of class is a blend of power vinyasa flow, and meditation; challenging you with a combination of strength, and breath work. Vinyasa detoxifies the body while building endurance and balance. This form of yoga is athletic and flowing that will lead you to a state of physical and mental transformation. You will leave class feeling strong, refreshed and with a clear, positive mind.
Gentle Mindful Flow
This soothing gentle practice focuses on moving slowly into basic yoga poses while using the breath as a tool to remain present and mindful. The slow pace of this of this class allows you to enjoy each posture. Expect lots of stretching and lengthening with a heavy dose of relaxation to wrap up your practice and leave you feeling great.
Yoga Sculpt Express
Yoga Sculpt is a 30 minute dynamic yoga practice that incorporates resistance interval training into traditional yoga sequences. We use optional light hand weights, resistance bands, and a weighted pilates ball. This practice is designed to strengthen and tone every muscle in your body. This class will leave you feeling strong, healthy, empowered, confident, and sweaty!
This practice helps bring balance to the two energies within the body- the Feminine (Yin) and Masculine (Yang) we will start with meditation and warming up the body, then move into an all levels vinyasa flow to find some energy and strength. For the second half of practice we will slow down and connect with our breath with some yin postures that help ease the mind and create a feeling of groundedness. You will leave this class with a sense of harmony, lightness, and gratitude that you can take with you throughout the rest of your day.
During this practice you will connect with the mind, body and spirit as Haley guides an intuitive practice that will leave you feeling embodied, challenged and rejuvenated. This is an All-Level flow that is creatively crafted with quiet contemplation, breath to movement and interwoven with deep stretch. This class has a balance of everything you need to be a perfect mid-day pick me up or relaxation technique.
This 45 minute class is a beautiful blend of mindful breathing and movement. You will strengthen and gain flexibility while also releasing tension in the body. This class is perfect for stepping onto your mat to unwind and recenter. This is a slow, deep practice where we will be focusing on areas that typically hold the most tension like the neck, shoulders, and hips. All levels welcome.
This 30 minute class is a fusion of Cardio & Strength- This class is aimed to challenge you in a progressive manner, while complimenting your yoga, barre, and pilates journey. We’ll move through intervals to build endurance + utilize the body and weights to increase strength. No two sessions will be built the same; you’ll leave feeling accomplished and a little sweaty!

This practice is an intro to Ashtanga, a powerful, healing practice is a specific sequence of postures (asanas) linking breath (pranayama) and movement (vinyasa.) Ashtanga is an athletic flow combining strength, flexibility and stamina for a complete practice. This is the perfect class for all ages and abilities. Improve your posture, release trigger points and tension, build functional strength, and experience the essence of Ashtanga yoga in a supportive and sacred space. It all starts with the breath (prana) called UJJAYI that creates fire (agni), which is central to Ashtanga yoga. With ujjayi breath the practitioner stokes their own internal fire and begins the process of transformation. The student is introduced to the Ashtanga yoga’s Sun Salutations and basic sequencing as well as energy locks (bandhas) and focal points (dristi). Begin with tristana….the foundation of Ashtanga practice.
