Cardio & Strength (30 minutes) - This class is aimed to challenge you in a progressive manner, while complimenting your yoga, barre, and pilates journey. We'll move through intervals to build endurance + utilize the body and weights to increase strength. No two sessions will be built the same; you'll leave feeling accomplished and a little sweaty! This format of class is designed for ladies who have a desire to work on their fitness goals. We will encourage running in place, burpees, or a cardio circuit (ex: 30 sec. jump jacks, high knees, butt kickers, etc.) We would alternate between cardio sets and strength sets. This class will be a lot of fun. Tennis shoes are optional. This class was recorded LIVE on 3/13/22
