Yoga for Strength, Beauty and Balance
Begin by dropping into your Beauty through guided mediation and/or breath work as you shift from human doing to human being. Then we will practice movement to add Strength to your body and gently stretch to release stored muscular tension and physical blocks to help your energy flow and to help achieve more Balance for your nervous system. You will learn techniques to add to your toolbox to help deal with the stresses of life off the mat, increase physical and mental strength and find your inner peace.
