Couples Yoga you will be encouraged to sync your breathing, look into your partners eyes, and use each others bodies as support and a tool to explore yoga postures.
 
This style of class can increase intimacy as it requires new levels of trust, communication, and connection. In couples yoga, the act of moving together and physical touch can help couples feel more in sync. Laughter and silliness is welcomed, candles, and a glass of wine or hot tea is encouraged! Valentine’s Day date nights and most date nights will look different this year, so my hope for hosting and creating this event is for you and your partner to still celebrate your relationship by spending quality time together. The beauty of this “date night,” is your kids will be fine watching a movie or playing a video game for an hour in the other room while you two spend time connecting!
