Join Haley Robertson for Yoga For Your Feminine Cycle via Zoom to learn how to maximize time and energy by syncing with your menstrual cycle.
 
This virtual workshop will cover the basics of your biological female cycle, how to sync with your cycle, and yoga poses to support your cycle. After the workshop, we will journey through each phase with a yoga practice followed by a Sound Bath Savasana.
