What to Bring: Water & Yoga Mat. Message Megan if you need to borrow one.

What to Expect: This class is for tween & teen girls, we will explore basic yoga postures. The theme for the class will be “Stand up for your sister, and be your own kind of beautiful.” The girls will practice partner postures and learn to lean on and help build up their peers. This class will be filled with mindful and encouraging words to leave your tween/teen feeling strong, confident, peaceful, present, connected, and brave! My hope is that the girls will lift each other up, support one and other, and stand up for each other because they are each their own kind of beautiful and they are better together!

Yoga is a tool for life and my only regret is not having the tool of yoga as a tween/teen and young adult. I am on a mission to expose girls to the practice of yoga, mindfulness, and loving themselves. This experience will force them to disconnect from technology and connect with their bodies, minds, souls, and each other.
