4 Ways to Slow Down & Simplify to Live a More Intentional Life

2. Stop Overcommitting- Your time is precious make sure your commitments align with your life’s purpose, priorities, goals, and happiness. Learn to say no when necessary and keep your yes’s sacred. 

3. Get Rid of Clutter- Physical clutter has a negative impact on our stress level and can turn into mental clutter. Give your living space a good detox every couple months. 4. Don’t aim for 24/7 productivity- Don’t try to fill every hour of every day with something. Be ok with down time and give yourself time everyday to re-charge.
