1. Open Your Mind
Read, listen, continue to learn and be open to new concepts and ideas on living your life. Journal on something new you would like to learn or explore.
2. Forgive Yourself
You did the best you could with what you knew at that time, forgive yourself for old mistakes. Journal on something you regret or have been holding on to that you need to let go. Let it GO! Free yourself from your past, so you can make space to move forward and keep growing.
3. Pamper Yourself, Take Time to Fill Your Bucket Daily
Do something that feels good and is healthy for your well-being everyday. Take time to honor your soul and nourish it daily. Journal activities, people, things that bring you joy. You will get burnt out if your soul doesn’t get attention daily.
4. Do a Lifestyle Audit
Write down unhealthy habits and conditions that are currently in your life. Look at what isn’t working in your life, make a plan on how to change it by journaling steps to remove habits or conditions.

You become like the people you surround yourself with. Bring people into your life that reflect who you are or who you would like to be. Journal about your tribe what you admire and what characteristics and qualities are most important to you.

Stop coasting and going through the motions in your life. Focus on the life you want to create. Start to live intentional and use the power of attraction to make your goals and dreams your reality. Journal about how you want to feel and what you want to accomplish in the next week.
