Read, listen, continue to learn and be open to new concepts and ideas on living your life. Journal on something new you would like to learn or explore.

4. Do a Lifestyle Audit

Write down unhealthy habits and conditions that are currently in your life. Look at what isn’t working in your life, make a plan on how to change it by journaling steps to remove habits or conditions.

5. Build a Tribe

You become like the people you surround yourself with. Bring people into your life that reflect who you are or who you would like to be. Journal about your tribe what you admire and what characteristics and qualities are most important to you.

6. Meditate

Add mindful living rituals into your routine. A 5 minute focused meditation will focus your thoughts and emotions. Journal tips to start a meditation practice.

7. Use Positive Affirmations Daily

Reprogram negative thoughts, beliefs and energy. Fill your mind with positivity.
