1. Open Your Mind
Read, listen, continue to learn and be open to new concepts and ideas on living your life. Journal on something new you would like to learn or explore.
2. Forgive Yourself
You did the best you could with what you knew at that time, forgive yourself for old mistakes. Journal on something you regret or have been holding on to that you need to let go. Let it GO! Free yourself from your past, so you can make space to move forward and keep growing.
3. Pamper Yourself, Take Time to Fill Your Bucket Daily
